AMPA Series Show Drives Taiwan into the Global Automotive Spotlight

As the leading trade fair that represents nearly the world’s 90% automotive aftermarket industry, the AMPA series show kicked off today with over 2,000 visitors on site and 2,500 attending online, all coming for the newest products, internet of vehicles and electric vehicle seminars, procurement sessions. Unlike previous years, this year’s AMPA series show is being held in both physical and virtual form, ensuring global buyers’ ability to secure deals and get a glimpse at the show from afar.
The online sourcing meetings kicked off the online events, and attendance and feedback were overwhelmingly positive, with buyers and suppliers all giving good remarks. Car glass producer Lim Shang Hang sent an entire team, saying, “This online session organized by TAITRA gave us the opportunity to connect with Canadian and Burmese buyers interested in our products; their respective head offices have already contacted us about future collaboration possibilities.” In addition, various exhibitors also attracted the most attention at the event. Noodoe representatives expressed the most praising, stating that, “Attending this year’s hybrid show is a success for our company. Our EV charging station received much interest from attendees, and we expect to continue the discussions.” Also, Epson’s autonomous solutions allowed visitors the chance to see more applications of traditional automotive industry embracing the new technology.
In addition, with 3D printing and autonomous vehicle solutions at the show, attendees were treated to the latest technology that awaits them. In particular, with the world now trending towards more environmentally friendly options, electric vehicles solutions received the most attention from everyone, making Fortune Electric and Noodoe the spotlight after the show’s first day.
Another highlight is the Internet of Vehicles seminar where a full house and viewers online enjoyed NVIDIA, ARM, and Taiwan’s telecommunications company speakers sharing their experience as the world heads towards a digital state.
